Well what can i say other than oooooops, after a long day at work came home to find that my phobya UC2-LT cpu liquid cooling block was leaking, so thinking it was the 2 in/out connectors i proceeded to tighten them up slightly, this of course didn't stop the fluid from seeping out of the actual block itself. So it was back to the drawing board, draining the entire system, dismantling the cpu block only to find that the housing for the rubber seel inside the block itself has completely rotted away. Yes folks apparently under temps of around 50c on full load these cpu blocks start to crack and i only found this out after 2 hours of googling the damn issue.
I should have known when i bought the block that something wasn't right because it came with no installation instructions or pre-applied thermal paste. And soon after the shop i bought it from stopped selling it. So back in touch with the store again for the second time to be asked "can you send us an invoice number and photos of the damaged cpu block and we can get in touch with phobya to see if its under warrenty".
Infuriating is not even close as my fully liquid cooled gaming pc is now in bits and unusable because of one poorly made product and a companies slow response to whether im gonna get a refund or not......
I'll keep you updated soon
